The Gregg County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division is directed by Lieutenant Gregg McCasland. The Patrol Division provides first response to the citizens who reside outside the incorporated cities located in Gregg County. The Patrol Division is responsible for public safety by maintaining order, responding to emergencies, protecting citizens and property, enforcing motor vehicle and criminal laws and promoting good community relations.
