The Gregg County Sheriff's Office Civil Division is directed by a Lieutenant.  The Civil Division processes and serves over 5000 documents annually.  This includes civil actions such as law suits, divorces, subpoenas, writs and court orders issued through the various courts in Gregg County. The Civil Division also conducts a monthly Sheriff's Sale of Property scheduled on the third Tuesday of each month.  The sale is conducted on the front steps of the Gregg County Courthouse.
