Gregg County Sheriff’s Office partners with the Sabine Independent School District to provide a full-time school resource officer.  Corporal John Fulgham is assigned to the school district to teach fifth grade classes the fundamental concepts of the D.A.R.E. Program.  Corporal Fulgham also works in conjunction with the school district staff to provide a safe learning environment for the students.
